International Experience Canada
International Experience Canada is a stream that provides a temporary work permit to people aged 18 years of age to 35 years from 33 countries of the world. It can fulfill your dream of working and travelling together.
Your eligibility requirements for IEC program would be to be of age 18 to 35 years deriving from an eligible country. You must not be in-admissible to Canada and should have a valid passport. The funds needed for this program are at least CAD 2,500 in your account with you owning a return ticket. A valid health insurance and coming to Canada without any dependents is also one of the basic requirements.

International Co-Op is for those who are willing to obtain professional work experience in Canada
Working Holiday is for people who want to work temporarily while being on vacation in Canada
Young Professionals is for young people who wish to earn professional work experience in Canada
You will be required to create an IEC profile exactly like Express Entry Program, and similarly you will be in the pool for one year. A random selection is made for working holiday, on the other hand International Co-Op and Young Professionals candidates are being selected on regular basis.
An invitation to apply is sent after you are selected, you will get ten days of time to accept and initiate your online application for a temporary work permit. When you accept the invitation you will be provided with 20 days to complete all the formalities of paying your fees for your work permit. Simultaneously, if your application is successful, you will get a Port of Entry letter which you can use to get your temporary work permit at the Canadian airport upon landing.
